How to book a private jump lesson & exclusive use of the indoor arena
This process is for lessons that require the exclusive use of the indoor jump arena. Basic introductory pole work and single jumps can be incorporated at your coach’s discretion during a regular lesson without the jump arena booking surcharge.
If you are wanting to book a private jump lesson, and need exclusive use of the indoor jump arena you’ll now need to do two things:
Book your lesson with your desired coach as usual.
Book the ‘Main jump arena reservation for private lesson with MCEQ coach’ through the ‘facility hire’ function of the website.
Please note the Jump Arena cannot be booked on a Saturday due to space restrictions
The tricky part is finding a spot where both your desired coach is bookable AND the main jump arena is available for hire. We recommend having two tabs open to compare availability of the coach and the arena –this makes the process a little simpler!
You will be required to complete two transactions – one being the regular lesson price through the lesson booking function and the second being the jump arena surcharge through the facility hire function.
If you don’t book the jump arena for your lesson correctly and the arena is busy, you won’t be able to use the jump course during your lesson. If it’s not too busy we can manually add the arena hire in, subject to an admin fee. In the unlikely event that inclement weather or unanticipated events mean the indoor is busy enough that the jump course is not usable, we will refund the charge.
Now it’s time to take that next step and book your jump lesson with us!
